Malverns, Worcestershire, United Kingdom

I stayed in the Malverns for almost two months from November to December 2005. This place, a 3 hour train from London is a rural area in England. My sister, Maria and her husband Richard together with their children, John, Eejay and Andrew live in this place.

This is in Wales...wow...wow...wow...

I have lots of memories in Malverns. The Malvern Hills which is just near my sister's house is one of the well-known tourist spot in the area. It is a range of hills in the English Counties of Worcestershire, Herefordshire and a small area of northern Gloucestershire. It has been designated by the Countryside Agency as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Great Malvern is a town in Worcestershire, England, positioned at the foot, and partly on the sides, of the Malvern Hills. Great Malvern is the main part of Malvern, Worcestershire; other parts include Barnards Green, Little Malvern, Malvern Link, Malvern Wells, North Malvern, and West Malvern.

The Morgan Factory is also located in Malverns. The Morgan Motor Company is a British motor car manufacturer. The company was founded in 1909 by H.F.S. Morgan and was run by him until 1959. Peter Morgan, son of H.F.S., ran the company until a few years before his death in 2003. Morgan is based in Malvern Link, an area of Malvern, Worcestershire and employs 163 people. All the cars are assembled by hand. The waiting list for a car is approximately one to two years, although it has been as high as 10 years in the past.
